by George and Kathleen Stevens. As owners of Alexandria's Belle Haven Marina
Inc. and the Mariner Sailing School since 1983, we operate the largest private
boat rental and instructional facility on the Potomac River. Our years of experience guarantee proficient teamwork while providing premium service with maximum attention to detail and guest safety.
